Direct Mail Program:
Organizes, develops and improves direct mail initiatives. Along with providing process contributions to an up-and-coming team, Allison is also responsible for developing a versatile design architecture that is both fresh and work-flow efficient—a direct mail tool kit that transforms across many different formats while remaining brand consistent and engaging.
This program is very successful and a dependable revenue driver for both direct and retail channels, garnering media efficiency ratings of 9.0 and generating $2.25 million in revenue during seasonal months. An average of one million pieces mail monthly.

In-store Experience Strategies:
Developed an in-store merchandising system for corporately owned specialty retail stores. This system's effectiveness improves the selling process and increases consumer's confidence in making a purchase (TechnologyStoreShopper, April 2012). The scalability and low-cost production qualities of this system make it a workhorse for the Retail Team.
Facilitates the monthly promotional refresh of in-store merchandising system.
